Barnshaw Hall Farm Pool

This pool has recently been added to our portfolio and we are pleased to say that water levels have improved to the extent that it is now available to fish. We are currently looking to further improve the water level as the pool is only approximately two and a half feet deep but do not be put off by this as there are some big fish in this pool. One member test fishing has already had carp of 6lb and 7lb out.

We are aware that further stocking will be required to bring it up to our usual standard but several large carp and bream have been observed whilst undertaking maintenance on this water. We have also added over 500 F1 carp which will provide some good sport as they grow on.

We have since added more Common and Mirror carp in the 1lb to 3lb bracket which will liven things up a bit.

Care will be required when fishing this pool as live electric cables pass over the North East corner of the Pool, so please be aware and take the necessary precautions.
